Fantastic Service, Incredible Products

After a last-minute dilemma with the dried flowers I was preparing for a wedding quickly coming up, I found Mudbrick Herb Cottage as they were the only ones I could find that had express delivery to make it in time. I placed the order quickly and easily – their extensive collection of dried flowers made it absolutely perfect to find exactly what I needed. After following it up with an email, the wonderful Bianka let me know I had accidentally chosen regular post instead of express and most graciously and generously upgraded it to express postage at no extra cost. This kind, personalised customer service made such a positive impact and the flowers were delivered well within time which was a saving grace during a stressful time. The quality of the dried flowers are fantastic, incredibly fragrant and well preserved. Thank you so much again to Bianka and the Mudbrick Herb Cottage team. This would be a 6 star review if it could be. I’d absolutely recommend them again and will continue to support their Australian business by ordering more wonderful products from their extensive range.

A collection of sleepy herbs

I purchased 10 ingredient herbs to create my own delicious sleepy tea. I bought 50g bags of the following: Chamomile, spearmint, hops, lavender, passionflower, rose red petals, lemon balm, lime flower/linden flower, Hawthorne leaf and flower, cornflower. Their individual scents and flavors are beautiful, and combined in an evening hot tea to aid with sleep, they are delicious. They have been packed well, and shipped very carefully. I will be shopping here again. Thanks
