We're committed to delivering your herbs and plants in the best possible condition. To ensure this, we follow specific shipping schedules and may have restricted posting periods during holidays.

Current Shipping Notice

Due to the public holidays in April there will be disruption to our plant ordering and sending.

  • April 14th (before 1pm): Last chance to order plants
  • April 14th (1pm) to April 22nd: No plants available online
  • April 23rd: Plant listings return to the website
  • April 28th: Normal shipping schedule resumes

🌱 HERB PLANTS

We ship herb plants Australia-wide (excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania):

Monday and Tuesday only (for all zones)

📦 OTHER PRODUCTS

We ship all other products Australia-wide:

Monday to Thursday

UPDATE: Western Australia customers - We recommend express post at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Method Cost Notes
Regular Post $10.95 For non-plant orders
Express Post $12.95 Required for all plant orders

Flat Rate Shipping: Add any amount of products to your order and pay the same shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

How to Track

  1. You will receive a shipment email when we send your order
  2. Find the tracking number link at the bottom of the email and click it
  3. The Australia Post site will display your tracking details

If tracking details aren't immediately visible, don't panic. Australia Post sometimes experiences delays in updating tracking information.

Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

Haven't Received Your Herb Plants?

If your plants do not arrive 2-3 days after the shipment email is sent, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm Your Address

Check that the address on your order shipment email is correct.

2. Track Your Order

Find your tracking number in the shipment email and check its status on the Australia Post website.

3. If Status Says "Delivered"

  • Check around your house for places Australia Post might have left your parcel
  • Check with your local post office in case it was returned there
  • Verify if anyone else at your address accepted the package

4. No Tracking Details

If your tracking number only shows "Received by Australia Post," please contact us.
