excellent customer service & products & newsletter

I love buying herbs from Mudbrick Herb Cottage as they not only have very good quality products but their customer service is excellent. After a small mix up of goods we had it sorted out with minimum of fuss. I also love the handwritten messages from Sandra with every purchase... the personalised touch always gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Oh and the newsletters are one of the few that I actually enjoy reading and get a lot of information from! Thanks Mudbrick.
