Botanical Name: Melissa officinalis
Lemon balm is used in soups, salads, sauces, herb vinegars, poultry and fish. The fresh leaves of the lemon balm plant is also widely used for culinary purposes.
For treatment of nervous disorders, anxiety, mild depression, restlessness and irritability. Also used for indigestion, bloating, nausea and acidity caused by anxiety.
Lemon balm relieves cold sores and reduces reoccurrences.
