Marshmallow protects and soothes the mucous membranes; it is used to counter excess stomach acid, peptic ulcers, gastritis, ulcerative colitis and in the treatment of coughs, bronchitis and respiratory catarrh.

Other Uses

The powdered Marshmallow roots were once used to make soft pastilles, these were the predecessors of the sweets ‘Marshmallows’ which no longer contain any of the herb.

This item takes months to be assessed and used to repair neuropathy or nerve endings in patients with restless legs .Prickly Pear repairs the Myalin Sheath covering nerve endings and Corydalis Yanhusuo also to repair nerve endings . Mike
