This is my go-to for colds and flu. I have been using this tea for a few years now.

Really Helps
I bought this tea for my teen son who suffered pretty badly with the flu last year. This year when he came down with it I gave him this tea to drink. He felt improvement in his symptoms within a few hours and recovered completely in only 2 days. He enjoyed the tea so much that he has continued to drink it every now and then just because he enjoys the flavour.
