Ginkgo leaves are used to stimulate circulation, especially to the brain, to improve memory and concentration, dizziness and sleep disturbances. Used with other herbs to treat high blood pressure and varicose veins.

Taken by the elderly to prevent diseases like dementia, stroke, irregular heartbeat and venous complaints.

An extract of the Ginkgo leaves is taken for asthma.

Brew your own Ginkgo tea from dried Ginkgo biloba leaves.
